The hotel's location is highly convenient, with a subway station just across the street and easy access to the airport via Subway Line 2. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom facilities are modern and well-maintained. In addition, the staff's English proficiency is impressive, making communication easy for international travelers.
Nothing to complain about- it was a flawless stay.

Funny smell from the toilet; clearly a problem with the drainage and should have been fixed before giving out the room.

The room is comfy and value for money
The hotel rated as non smoking hotel but the smoke smell was all over the room as I'm still staying in a non smoking floor.

Firstly we are not satified with their counter staff services and their ongoing promotion scheme. But when I have a complaint on that ,they handle it carefully and seriously on my complaints , I also fell surprise that this hotels group has policy 100% satification on hotel guests. As a five star international hotel group I think this is a very good policy.I think i will stay in this hotel or their group of hotels in future visit.

The hotel had an indoor swimming pool that was heated and well-maintained. It was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby shopping and dining areas. the hotel offered a good variety of food options, with simple and unpretentious service.
The rooms were quite dusty, and even daily vacuuming didn't seem to make much of a difference. the room temperature was uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, good breakfast
The hotel's location near the train station was very convenient for us, making it easy to get to other parts of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options for both western and Asian tastes.
We found that there was limited availability of taxis willing to drop us off at the hotel due to traffic conditions. while the service was adequate, it wasn't particularly noteworthy.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided were impressive, from the private facilities in the spacious room to the sauna and outdoor swimming pool. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas served delicious food and drinks, with attentive service.
with all the other advantages and exclusive amenities available, it did not greatly affect my experience at this hotel.
